NEON PANIC

Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 July 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the game NEON PANIC (the “App”), published by ProContentLab (“we”, “us”), Belgium. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. In-app purchases require the account holder’s permission.

3. In-app purchases & virtual items

4. Advertising

The free version is supported by advertising (see our Privacy Policy). You may remove ads through the relevant in-app purchase where offered.

⚠ Health & photosensitivity. The App contains flashing lights and fast-moving visual effects. A small number of people may experience seizures triggered by such effects. Play in a well-lit room, take regular breaks, and stop immediately and consult a doctor if you feel dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, disorientation, or convulsions. You play the game at your own discretion and responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App; cheat, exploit, or use unauthorized tools; disrupt other players or our services; or enter offensive, unlawful, or infringing text (for example, as a score nickname/initials). We may remove such content.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its code, artwork, music, characters, and “NEON PANIC” branding, is owned by ProContentLab and protected by law. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your mandatory statutory consumer rights (including under EU/Belgian law) remain unaffected.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end the App or your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
